About the Hardware Power Tool Technician Role

As a Hardware Power Tool Technician at Sbeity Computer Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining various power tools including electric, battery-operated, and petrol-powered equipment. This role demands technical expertise and a commitment to delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on power tools and related equipment.
• Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure tool reliability.
• Install and replace defective parts and components accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service and repair records.
• Provide customers with guidance on correct tool usage and upkeep.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Support inventory management for spare parts and workshop tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of practical experience in power tool repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with leading brands such as Bosch, Makita, DeWalt, Ingco, and Total is advantageous.
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
