JOB TITLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Purpose

To create high-quality graphic designs and print-ready artwork that support RPX production targets, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company branding and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Artwork Development

• Design creative artwork for printing, branding, marketing, and customer projects.
• Prepare print-ready files for large format, digital, and commercial printing.
• Develop layouts, concepts, and visual content according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all artwork meets quality, branding, and production specifications.

2. Production Support

• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and accurate output.
• Modify and correct artwork based on production requirements or customer feedback.
• Ensure designs are optimized for efficient printing and reduced material wastage.
• Support urgent and priority production jobs when required.

3. Customer Service & Revenue Support

• Engage with clients to understand design requirements and expectations.
• Recommend creative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and project value.
• Support the sales team with design concepts, mockups, and presentations.
• Contribute to departmental revenue growth through high-quality and commercially attractive designs.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

• Maintain accuracy in dimensions, colors, branding, and print specifications.
• Ensure all completed designs are approved before production.
• Maintain proper filing and backup of artwork and project files.
• Adhere to company procedures, deadlines, and quality standards.

5. Administration & Reporting

• Track assigned jobs and update status within RPX systems or job logs.
• Maintain records of completed projects and artwork revisions.
• Report delays, production challenges, or customer issues to management promptly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design, branding, or print production.
• Experience in commercial printing or branding industry is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
