Role Overview – Grain Quality Control Officer Jobs in Lusaka

As a Grain Quality Control Officer at CHC Commodities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of grain products throughout all stages of storage and handling. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality inspections on incoming and outgoing grain commodities.
• Monitor storage conditions, including moisture levels, contamination risks, and pest control measures.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality assurance, and storage standards at all times.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality control reports and documentation.
• Coordinate sampling and laboratory testing procedures to verify grain quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
