New Version Investments Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of superior-quality mealie meal, is seeking versatile and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in one of Zambia’s most trusted food production companies. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and development in the following key areas:

Graduate Trainee Opportunities Available In:
Production Management
Learn and contribute to the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Business Development
Assist in identifying growth opportunities, market expansion strategies, and strategic partnerships.
Marketing
Gain practical experience in brand management, market research, advertising, and customer engagement.
Finance and Administration
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative functions critical to the company’s operations.
Procurement & Supply Chain
Get involved in the sourcing of raw materials, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related disciplines).
Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or final-year students expecting to graduate soon.
Strong academic track record.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
