Bouwercorp Group is a leading Corporate Services company seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Graduate Management Trainee in Finance to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field to join our Graduate Management Trainee Program. As a Graduate Management Trainee in Finance, you will undergo an intensive training and development program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and expertise required to succeed in a management role within our finance department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Analyze financial data and prepare reportsDevelop and implement financial models and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Participate in special projects and assignments
Requirements:
Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong academic record
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
