Overall Job Purpose
The Graduate Trainee will undergo a structured development program aimed at equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to excel in their chosen field.
This role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of the business operations at FQM Trident Limited.
Specific Job Responsibility
The specific tasks to be performed by the position holder will include.
Participate in structured on-the-job training programs across different departments.
Support departmental projects, operations, and daily activities.
Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to aid decision-making.
Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies in all assigned tasks.
Engage in continuous learning and skill development through mentorship and training sessions.
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve business processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, findings, and progress reports.
