Role Summary

The Geo-marketing Analyst will support the FTTH rollout by analyzing geo-marketing and infrastructure data using GIS tools, coordinating field teams, and ensuring high-quality, accurate data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Process, analyze, and manage field data using QGIS / GIS tools
Prepare basemaps and assign survey areas to field investigators
Load and retrieve data from investigator tablets
Consolidate, validate, and compare data collected from the field
Identify errors and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Coordinate with technical and design teams on updated data
Conduct briefings and debriefings with field teams
Produce progress reports, dashboards, and basic analysis summaries

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Geo-marketing, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
Practical experience with QGIS or other GIS software
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Good knowledge of Lusaka’s geography and communities
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of telecom or fiber networks is an added advantage
Fluent in English and local languages Key Skills

Good organization and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
