GENERAL MANAGER, LOGISTICS RUNNER, AND MECHANICS

Time Trucking Limited and Time Petroleum Limited, leading companies in Zambia’s transport, logistics, and petroleum industries, invite applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

GENERAL MANAGER (1 POSITION)

Time Trucking Limited and Time Petroleum Limited are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee operations across the Transport, Logistics, and Petroleum sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing profitability, and leading high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transport, Logistics, and Petroleum divisions while ensuring Vastu compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans that promote sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams and employees.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Promote compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Degree or Diploma in Vastu Shastra.
• Minimum of 5–10 years’ senior management experience within the transport, logistics, and petroleum industries.
• Proven experience in project management and Vastu compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments.
