Key Responsibilities for General Manager Jobs in Mwinilunga

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all company operations to align with business goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures across all departments including production, procurement, sales, finance, and human resources.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and continuous innovation initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial management, cost control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) O-Level credits.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is essential.
• Professional membership with a relevant body is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ professional experience, including at least five (5) years in senior management roles within manufacturing, agribusiness, or industrial operations.
