Are you passionate about farming? Do you have practical farm experience and a Grade 12 certificate?

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and hardworking General Farm Workers to join our team in Lusaka and Chipembi. This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven agricultural enterprise that values people, discipline, and productivity.

YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU CAN:

Support milking of cows
Feed and care for animals
Plant, weed, and harvest crops
Clean and maintain farm facilities and equipment
Support irrigation and fencing tasks
Operate farm tools and machinery where required
Respect farm schedules and routines

WHAT WE VALUE:

A Grade 12 Certificate
5 years Experience or knowledge in livestock, crops, or general farm work required
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Work harmoniously with a diverse team
Take initiative and think on your feet
Value Honesty, passion, and a strong work ethic
Possess a genuine love for farming and learning
Respect for people, animals, and the environment
Sober habits
Applicants with a valid driver’s license or ability to use farm equipment will have an advantage.
