Position Summary and Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly receive guests and clients, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department promptly and courteously.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange appointments, maintain calendars, and organize meeting rooms and conference facilities as required.
- Mail Handling: Sort incoming mail and packages, prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist various departments with administrative tasks and help maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Office Security and Presentation: Monitor premises security, control visitor access by issuing badges, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
Qualifications and Experience for Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Lusaka

- Grade 12 Certificate with at least five ‘O’ levels, including credits in Mathematics and English.
