WE’RE HIRING – ORDER PROCESSING ASSISTANTS (2)

Fratelli’s Diner is looking for sharp, organized and customer-focused Order Processing Assistants to join our team.

This role is not suitable for first-time job seekers. Previous work experience is required, and experience in a restaurant, food business, customer service, cashiering or order processing role will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately receive and process food orders via WhatsApp, phone calls and in-person requests.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen, grilling, packing and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Confirm customer orders, bills, payment methods and delivery details before processing.
Verify payments and maintain accuracy when handling customer bills.
Prioritize dine-in, pick-up and delivery orders according to company procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and delivery coordination professionally.
Use WhatsApp, Google Maps, delivery platforms and online payment systems effectively.
Follow up on delayed orders and keep customers updated where necessary.
Requirements:
Must have previous work experience.
Minimum of 3 distinctions on Grade 12 certificate.
Relevant degree or diploma is an added advantage.
Experience in order processing, customer service, cashiering, restaurant work or a similar role is preferred.
Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp, online payments, Google Maps and delivery apps.
Must have integrity and professionalism when handling money and customer interactions.
Must be reliable, disciplined and able to report for work consistently.
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and busy days when required.
