<h3>Assistant Store Manager</h3><p>A footwear store in Lusaka is seeking a disciplined, organised and well-presented Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about fashion, people and sales and can help lead a high-performing team.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>You will support the Store Manager in creating a store that customers love and a team that delivers excellence every day.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Sales leadership:</strong> Drive daily targets, upsell and deliver excellent customer service.</li><li><strong>Team leadership:</strong> Train, schedule and motivate sales staff while leading by example.</li><li><strong>Store operations:</strong> Support opening and closing, stock management, merchandising, cash handling and inventory.</li><li><strong>Visual merchandising:</strong> Maintain product displays, new-arrival presentations and window setups.</li><li><strong>Customer experience:</strong> Handle enquiries and complaints professionally.</li><li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Track daily sales and stock movement and report to the Store Manager.</li><li><strong>Culture:</strong> Bring energy, discipline and passion for footwear to the team.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>At least one year of retail experience, including six months in a supervisory or leadership role.</li><li>Fashion, footwear or retail experience is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong sales, people-management and customer-service skills.</li><li>Comfortable working with cash, stock and basic reports.</li><li>Organised, punctual and available to work weekends and public holidays.</li><li>Based in Lusaka and available for full-time, on-site work.</li><li>Passionate about style, trends and footwear.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Submit your CV, a brief note explaining why you are the best person to help lead the store team, and two retail references via WhatsApp on <strong>+260 760 625 580</strong>.
