Job description
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing age-appropriate training sessions to develop technical skills, fitness, and tactical understanding.
Fostering a positive and encouraging environment to boost young players’ confidence and love for the game.
Monitoring and assessing players’ progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching.
Promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among young players.
Organizing and coordinating youth matches and tournaments.
Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of young athletes.
Requirements:
A Minimum of FAZ B License.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in developmental football.
Proven experience as a Football coach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Strong knowledge of sports and training principles.
