Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Controller:

To control and reconcile food & beverage costs by thoroughly analysing invoices, requisitions, and products received, menus and production.
To ensure effective adherence of all Food & Beverage Control Procedures / Material Control Procedures
To prepare daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports of Food & Beverage after thorough Reconciliation
Overall responsible for recording, reconciling and controlling food & beverage costs and also to have proper control of store inventories and F & B operating equipment’s.
to carry out monthly hotel stock for all items

Requirements of the Food & Beverage Controller:

3 year experience in accounting with Full ZICA
Experience in Hospitality will be an added advantage
Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
Strong communication skills
