Fixed Network Solutions Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a Fixed Network Solutions Specialist with a strong background in communications and a working knowledge of IP, DWDM, and FTTX technologies. The successful candidate will support technical solution design, engage with carrier customers, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design, implementation, and optimization of fixed network solutions, particularly in IP, DWDM, and FTTX (FTTH) environments.
Collaborate with carrier customers to understand requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with solution proposals, technical documentation, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of network solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fixed network technologies and industry best practices.
Respond proactively to client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship development.
Independently manage assigned tasks, while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fixed network environment (IP, DWDM, FTTX).
General technical knowledge of IP networking, DWDM systems, and FTTH architecture.
Experience working directly with carrier customers is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fast learner with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility in task completion.
