Job description

Limefit Fitment Center, a reputable automotive service center based in Woodlands, Lusaka located along Burma Road opposite the National House of Prayer, is looking for a skilled, hardworking, and reliable Fitment Center Mechanic to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle suspension systems.
• Market Limefit services to customers
• Conduct routine vehicle servicing and general mechanical inspections.
• Perform wheel alignment and wheel balancing services.
• Fit, replace, and maintain vehicle tyres.
• Inspect tyres, wheels, brakes, and related components for safety and wear.
• Provide professional and efficient customer service.
• Supervisor the fitment technician assistants
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Follow all company health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanics (craft certificate or 3+ work experience).
• Proven experience in vehicle servicing, suspension repairs, tyre fitting, wheel alignment, and balancing.
• Good knowledge of different vehicle makes and models especially Toyotas and most common vehicles in Zambia
• Ability to operate workshop machines i.e wheel balancing machines, tyre-fitting equipment and other related equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Honest, reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer service expectations.
• Female mechanics are encouraged to apply.
