Key Responsibilities of the Financial Controller

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare accurate financial reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
• Maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia, or ZICA.
• At least five years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and taxation principles.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a regulated financial environment.
