As a Financial Consultant at Spectrum Credit Ltd, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and managing loan accounts to maintain a high-quality portfolio with minimal default risks. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and actively managing refinancing efforts to ensure portfolio stability. Key Responsibilities

• Manage new client onboarding through our official digital onboarding platform.
• Deliver timely and professional customer service to meet clients’ financial needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and support.
• Maintain high ethical standards by demonstrating integrity, reliability, and respect in all interactions.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance using KPIs such as Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and disbursement targets.
• Engage with existing clients to facilitate refinancing and ensure portfolio stability.
• Identify and onboard new high-potential loan clients monthly to expand the portfolio.
• Manage USSD-based inquiries, converting leads into active loan applicants effectively.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, local financial regulations, AML protocols, and KYC standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate eagerness to learn and adaptability.
• At least one year of experience in lending, microfinance, banking, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong client engagement skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
