We are looking for an experienced person to join the team as a Finance Officer. The Finance Officer will financially manage and control the following aspects of the company:

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Stock Management, stock takes, orders & minimum re order levels
Importation of materials and payment of duties and taxes
Payroll, NAPSA, Workers Compensation and Human Resource Management and Management
Invoicing, receipting, book keeping, banking and year end books
Fuel & airtime management
PAYE, all company Taxes and VAT management
Insurances and statutory payments
Implementation of cost cutting and cost saving measures
Budget & cash flow projections
QuickBooks Accounts computer software management, capture and reporting
Preparation of management accounts
The preparation of the cost balance sheet analysis (CBS)
To produce timely and reliable management information reports on a monthly basis
To develop and control a centralised accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed
Handling of audit process of final accounts
To perform month end for Accounts Payable and general ledger in the finance system
Prepare the quarterly TAX returns
Processing separation packages and gratuity
Perform reconciliations of creditors in quick books
Counter check Quick Books postings, dispatch notes, fuel and petty cash
Help in stock reconciliation between QuickBooks and Front Office / Gineri
Any other duties as directed by management
