Job description
Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary
The Company seeks for a highly skilled and seasoned individual to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities includes
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the executive team.
Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Foster relationships with tax authorities, investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Lead and manage the finance team.
Requirements – Minimum Professional Qualification and Experience
An Associate of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) preferably with a Master’s degree in Finance.
Business Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Proven track record of driving business growth, fund raising and improving financial performance.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with banking software and operating skills.
