ROLE SUMMARY
The role of Finance Executive will include but not limited to coordination of monthly payroll processing with banks; management of vendor payments; preparation of monthly expense reports; manage petty cash and reconciliation; maintaining updated books of accounts; preparing monthly finance reports; submission of statutory payments and tracking statutory compliance; ensuring swift resolution of finance related queries with relevant stakeholders. The Finance Assistant will also work closely with Corporate Finance office during audits.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting e.g. CIMA; ACCA or ZICA
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
Experience of NAPSA, NHIS, PAYE, VAT, and SDL Returns
Proficient in basic Accounting, Tax knowledge and invoicing
MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent Communication and organization skills
High level of accuracy and advanced numeracy skills
Working knowledge of an ERP system for processing of invoices, payments etc.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
Flexible to work odd hours; weekends and/or public holidays if required
