Title: Finance and Corporate Services Officer – Intern

Reports to: Assistant Manager – Finance and Corporate Services

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Finance and Corporate Services Officer – Intern to join our team. This role supports finance operations, corporate services, systems usage, and administrative activities while providing hands-on exposure to real-world professional service operations.

The position is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in accounting, corporate administration, and structured organisational processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and professional discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture and record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system or ERP.

Generate official receipts, invoices, and basic payment documentation.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Support bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and petty cash records.

Assist with procurement documentation, corporate records, and compliance files.

Provide administrative and operational support to the department.

Support daily use of internal systems, including ERP and digital tools.

Assist with preparation and correct use of branded documents and templates.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Exposure to accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Basic IT proficiency and willingness to learn.

Integrity, confidentiality, and good teamwork skills.
