Job description

MAIR GROUP, a fast-growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience for students or recent graduates aiming to build a career in finance, accounting, or office administration within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with financial data entry, maintaining financial records, filing, and documentation with accuracy.
– Record and categorize daily financial transactions, reconciliations and reports in accounting software or spreadsheets.
– Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash records
– Help maintain organized administrative and accounting systems

– Assist in stock taking procedures
– Support procurement and inventory tracking
– Provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For:
– Currently enrolled in ACCA program.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
– Quick learner and adaptable.
– Good communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
– Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
