Field Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to manage and support our team of installation technicians, ensure quality control across all deployments, and uphold strong customer relationships. This role is critical in ensuring each installation meets our operational standards and clients receive reliable post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Supervision
Oversee all onsite installations and ensure adherence to Chrilan’s standard procedures.
Verify that installations are complete, including all required hardware, software, network setup, and Smart Invoice configuration.
Ensure technicians install and activate Mesh for remote support and full compliance.
Team Leadership
Supervise and coach technicians during site visits.
Conduct random site checks to audit quality of installations
Enforce accountability for incomplete jobs or poor workmanship.
Customer Relations
Act as the face of Chrilan during and after installation.
Follow up with customers post-installation to confirm system usage and satisfaction.
Quickly address and escalate unresolved client concerns.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of each site visit, including photos, checklists, and sign-off forms.
Submit weekly field performance reports to management.
Report recurring technical or process issues to help improve internal operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electrical, Networking, or related field.
2+ years experience in field service supervision, installations, or customer service.
Familiarity with POS systems, networking, or ZRA Smart Invoicing is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel and work independently.
