Job description
POSITION: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE X2
COMMISSION BASED
The Field Sales representative will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services directly to customers outside of a traditional office setting. They identify new business opportunities, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to various sales situations.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum: High school Diploma.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing & ICT .
Experience
Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Industry-specific experience (e.g FMCG, ICT ) may be required.
Skills
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
Customer Service: Ability to handle client concerns professionally.
Time Management: Efficiently plan daily travel and client meetings.
Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Physical/Logistical Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work outdoors or in various client locations.
Flexibility to work weekends if needed .
Personal Qualities:
Goal-oriented and resilient under pressure.
