Home Teacher Needed – Meanwood Ibex Hill
Position: Female Home Teacher
Location: Meanwood Ibex Hill, Lusaka
Employment Type: Full-time preferred
Role Overview
We are seeking a trained professional female teacher to provide early childhood education and home-schooling for two children aged 1 year and 2½ years. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to developmental milestones, while fostering a nurturing and structured learning environment at home.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide daily home-schooling and early childhood education.
– Develop age-appropriate learning activities (literacy, numeracy, play-based learning).
– Monitor and support developmental progress.
– Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
– Collaborate with parents on educational goals and routines.
Requirements
– Professional training in Early Childhood Education or related field.
– Experience teaching or caring for toddlers.
– Patient, nurturing, and well-organized.
– Strong communication skills.
