Field Sales Agent Role
At Easy Win Bet Ltd, we are proud to empower women with meaningful work that rewards your effort fairly and consistently. This role lets you earn well while working actively within your own community, building your confidence and people skills every day.
Your earnings are clear and achievable: every time you reach your daily sales target of K300 worth of lottery tickets, you earn K100. Maintain this over 26 working days in the month, and you secure your guaranteed base pay of K2,600. On top of this base amount, you earn separate additional commissions on all sales you make beyond your target — meaning the more you engage and sell, the more you take home.
We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You only need to bring your energy, willingness to connect with people, a valid NRC and a working smartphone.
