Farm Supervisor – Livestock & Horticulture

Are you a well-rounded farm professional who can confidently lead a team, manage mixed farming systems, and think commercially while staying grounded in the field?

Ilondola Farms is looking for a dynamic Farm Supervisor – Livestock & Horticulture to run our livestock, horticulture, and aquaculture operations in Chipembi.

YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU CAN:

Manage production for cattle, goats, sheep, fish, and crops
Operate irrigation systems and oversee planting, harvesting, and feed production
Monitor farm expenses, yields, and team performance
Apply para-vet skills and ensure high animal welfare standards
Lead a multi-skilled team and ensure schedules are met
Apply agri-business methodologies

WHAT WE VALUE:

Diploma in General Agriculture or a related field
3–5 years of experience in livestock and crop supervision
Ability to operate farm machinery and irrigation equipment
Must have a profit mindset and be production conscious
Tech-savvy enough to manage reports and performance tracking
A problem-solving mindset and people management ability
Ideal age: 30 – 45
Sober habits
Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
