Fuel Attendant Trainer (3 Positions)

The Fuel Attendant Trainer will train and coach fuel attendants in safe fuel handling, pump operations, customer service, cash handling, health and safety, and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver practical training to fuel attendants.
• Coach attendants on pump operations, customer service, cash controls and safety.
• Conduct assessments, identify skills gaps and maintain training records.
• Support station supervisors with refresher training and operational standards.
• Promote safe, honest and efficient service delivery.

Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Training, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Petroleum Studies or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in fuel-station operations, preferably as an attendant, supervisor or trainer.
• Practical knowledge of fuel-station safety and operations.
• Good facilitation, communication, coaching and reporting skills.
• Patient, honest, reliable and able to travel as required.
