Job description

JOB TITLE: FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of our factory’s infrastructure and support services. This role is crucial in ensuring our manufacturing environment remains safe, functional, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities, security, and sanitation.
Oversee repairs, installations, and servicing of equipment and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Coordinate with external contractors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, inventory, and service logs.
Lead and mentor the facilities team to ensure quality work and high performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or technical maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing, mining or factory setting.
Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly
