EXTRUDER SUPERVISOR – (MPONGWE FEEDMILL) (01)

 The Required Skills for this role Include:  

Checking and compiling shift production reports which are sent to the Production Supervisor
Ensuring that right techniques are applied by the Extruder Operators when operating the extruder machines e.g. right barrel settings, speed and cooling period, screen size of the hammer mill, temperature and extruder amperage
Reporting any break downs to Production Supervisor by raising the job card
Liaising with Laboratory personnel on the issues of quality e.g. CRT, grinding particle size and texture
Good housekeeping, ensure no spillages
Will be responsible for making sure that right bagging materials and tags are used all the times when packaging the full fat soya.
Will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene environment.
Performing any other tasks assigned to him/her by supervisor.be responsible for maintaining the hygiene environment.                                   

The Required Qualifications are:

Grade 12 Certificate
Degree/Diploma in Animal Science, Production Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Must be Computer Literate

TECHNICAL ADVISOR – NOVATEK LUSAKA (1)

 The Required Skills for this Role Include:

Giving Technical Advice to Customers by physical visit or via phone.               
Sales and markets products.                 
Attending to customer complaints/problems 24 hours service.                            
Assisting Sales Manager to check on branding/advertising issues.                     
Organizing and conducting seminars.                                  
Organizing and attending shows.                                        
Recommending for opening of agencies/outlets to Manager.                   
Checking on market trends and report (Surveys).

 The Required Qualifications are:

Grade 12 Certificate.
Course in Livestock Production
Computer Literate
Driver’s License
2 Years relevant experience

Good Writing Skills
Communication
