Job description
Position: Excel Expert
Location: Kitwe, Lusaka, or Remote (must be based in Zambia)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (specify based on your needs)
Start Date: ASAP
About Us
We are a growing and dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert to join our team. This role is critical to improving our data systems, streamlining operations, and providing analytical support across departments. The position is open to candidates based in Kitwe, Lusaka, or working remotely within Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets
Develop dashboards, automated reports, and data models
Create and manage formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros
Analyze large datasets for business insights
Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements
Provide training and support to staff on Excel functionalities
Requirements
Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Must be based in Zambia
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Power Query or Power BI
Experience with inventory systems, finance tracking, or operations analysis
