Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Environmental Protection Specialist based in Livingstone, Zambia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Environmental Protection Specialist will be responsible for addressing environmental protection issues, conducting environmental impact assessments, ensuring compliance with environmental policies, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring environmental policies and regulations and implementing strategies to mitigate environmental risks.

Qualifications

Experience in Environmental Protection and addressing Environmental Issues
Proficiency in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments
Knowledge of Environmental Policies and Environmental Compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
