RUBIS Energy Zambia is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the vacant position of Engineering Services Lead to oversee project execution, maintenance, and engineering governance.

To lead project execution, manage contractors, and oversee the maintenance of industrial and infrastructure assets while ensuring strong contract management, cost control, and engineering governance.

✅ Lead and oversee the execution of engineering and infrastructure projects
✅ Manage contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
✅ Oversee the maintenance and reliability of industrial and infrastructure assets
✅ Implement strong contract management and engineering governance frameworks
✅ Monitor and control project and maintenance costs effectively
✅ Utilize ERP systems and asset/maintenance management tools to optimize operations
✅ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
✅ Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety standards and industry regulations

✅ Relevant engineering degree or professional technical qualification
✅ Proven expertise in project execution and maintenance of industrial/infrastructure assets
✅ Experience in oil marketing, energy, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage
✅ Proficiency with ERP systems and asset/maintenance management tools
✅ Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and engineering governance
