Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Type: Full Time | Hybrid

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance commission (to be agreed based on experience)

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Employer Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to help us grow relationships with employers already using our platform and turn those partnerships into long-term success.

This is a unique hybrid role combining relationship management, recruitment, and sales.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building strong relationships with employers across Zambia
• Meeting HR teams and business leaders to understand hiring needs
• Growing employer subscriptions and platform partnerships
• Advising clients on hiring strategy and recruitment solutions
• Helping employers source talent and improve hiring outcomes
• Identifying opportunities for additional recruitment services

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
• Comfortable meeting senior decision-makers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident
• Based in Lusaka with willingness to travel for meetings
