Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of electrical systems across our production lines, with a strong focus on minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and service electrical components of the Typhoon Foaming Machine and pumps.
Conduct voltage measurements on solenoid valves to prevent overloads.
Perform fault finding and troubleshooting to resolve engineering issues efficiently.
Participate in daily safety, engineering, and packaging meetings.
Attend brewing department meetings and contribute to boiler, cooling tower, and drag test analyses.
Unblock and maintain spray nozzles on beer and CSD lines 1, 2, and 5.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.
Attending pre -maintenance meetings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

System uptime and reduction in electrical-related downtime.
Timely and effective servicing of critical equipment.
Accuracy in voltage monitoring and overload prevention.
Active participation in departmental and safety meetings.
Quality of technical analysis and reporting.
Responsiveness to faults and problem-solving effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Trade Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
1-2 years of work experience in a similar Field
