Driving Instructor

ENAC Driver Training and Transport Consultancy Ltd is looking for dedicated, professional, and safety-conscious Driving Instructors to join its growing team in Solwezi.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical driving lessons for students.
• Teach safe driving habits, defensive driving techniques, and road safety regulations.
• Assess students’ driving abilities and monitor progress throughout training.
• Prepare students for driving tests and ensure they meet required driving standards.
• Carry out vehicle pre-trip inspections and ensure training vehicles are clean and roadworthy.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and discipline during training sessions.
• Keep accurate records of student attendance, lesson schedules, and performance.
• Report vehicle defects, incidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence, Class C1 or higher, with good driving record.
• Knowledge of Zambian road traffic rules and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
• Mature, responsible, and punctual.
• Instructor or teaching experience is an added advantage.
• Defensive driving knowledge is an added advantage.
