Position Title: Driver (Full-Time, Permanent)

Accent Innovations Group Limited is a leading IT company in Zambia, providing innovative tech solutions across the region. We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to support our growing operations and transport needs.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive company vehicles for staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring punctual transportation.
Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, cleanliness) and maintain service and log records.
Assist with loading/unloading office supplies and equipment as needed.
Plan efficient routes, manage time-sensitive errands, and handle occasional airport pickups or deliveries.
Uphold strict confidentiality, professionalism, and courteous customer service at all times.
Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
Occasionally support weekend or after-hours travel requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Full Grade 12 (School Certificate) with credits in English and Mathematics recommended.
Driver’s License: Valid Zambian driver’s license; minimum experience of 2–5 years driving professionally.
Driving Record: Clean record with solid defensive driving skills and familiarity with road rules.
Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge: Ability to conduct basic checks and upkeep, including road tax, insurance, and routine servicing.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity. (Women are strongly encouraged to apply.)
