We are recruiting a Distribution Executive for SolweziÂ
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactive Selling of LTE Devices Â
Achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained LTE business growthÂ
Compile weekly reportsÂ
Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resourcesÂ
Continually seek new opportunities to market services and bring in new customersÂ
Responsible for keeping self and supervisors up to date on competitor and market developmentsÂ
Maintain and update knowledge on all company products/servicesÂ
Attendance of Product training sessions
Plan and implement agreed weekly activations to boost sales across the Regions.
Meets with Direct Sale Agents, discusses and agree medium- and short-term objectives, develop a work plan, and checks that this is being carried out.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any Business related course will be an added advantageÂ
Sales ExperienceÂ
Excellent Interpersonal communicationÂ
Ability to meet TargetsÂ
Able to work with minimum supervisionÂ
Must have a valid driver’s license  Â
