Purpose
To acquire and grow the customer base by proactively marketing and selling ZNBS financial products including Current and Savings Accounts, Mortgages, Unsecured Loans and other relevant offerings. The role contributes to the Society’s growth strategy by cultivating profitable Consumer and Corporate Banking relationships in designated market segments.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution
Market and sell ZNBS products directly to customers through field sales, referrals, and campaigns.
Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly) in line with the Performance Framework.
Conduct product presentations and follow up on sales leads and promotional activities.
2. Customer Engagement
Educate potential and existing customers on product features, benefits, and application procedures.
Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.
3. Professional Conduct & Compliance
· Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies during all sales engagements.
· Uphold ZNBS’s ethical standards and maintain professionalism at all times.
4. Performance & Reporting
Plan and execute daily sales activities independently with a high degree of accountability.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
· Provide regular updates on performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
· A Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) credits including English and Mathematics.
· Minimum of a degree qualification in any field. Business, marketing or finance-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
· Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
