This position is ideal for professionals experienced in mass-market lending, mobile financial services, and high-volume field sales environments. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and digital adoption within informal communities.

Key Responsibilities for Direct Sales Agent Jobs in Lusaka

  • Execute field activations and customer acquisition campaigns targeting underserved markets
  • Facilitate loan application onboarding and promote digital financial services adoption
  • Develop and maintain referral networks within communities and informal sectors
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
