Role Overview for Digital & ICT Volunteer Jobs in Lusaka

As a Digital & ICT Volunteer, you will support EM Associates’ IT infrastructure and digital presence, playing a vital role in strengthening organizational efficiency. This full-time volunteer position suits individuals eager to apply their technical knowledge and digital communication skills in a development context.

Key Responsibilities

• ICT Support: Provide technical assistance to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring IT equipment, monitoring network infrastructure, and supporting data backup and security protocols.
• Digital & Communications Support: Maintain and update the organization’s website and digital platforms, assist with social media content creation and scheduling, contribute to digital campaigns, and support the digitization of internal processes and document management.
• General: Collaborate on various ICT and digital projects, stay informed on emerging technologies, and perform other related tasks as assigned.
