Job Opportunity: Depot Supervisors Wanted (Outside Lusaka)

Locations: Kabwe, Kapiri, Ndola, Kitwe, Solwezi, Chililabombwe, Chingola, Mufulira, Luanshya, Serenje, and Mkushi.

Delisha Investments Limited is seeking experienced and motivated Depot Supervisors to oversee operations in various towns outside Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily depot operations including sales, customer service, and cash handling
Maintain accurate records and generate daily sales reports
Ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
Support sales growth and ensure depot profitability

Requirements:

Minimum of a certificate Management studies or related course
Must have a full grade 12 certificate
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
Strong background in sales, customer handling, and cash management with a proven track record
Basic computer literacy (Excel/report generation is a must)
Prior experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) will be an added advantage

Compensation:

Competitive salary
Performance-based sales commission
