This role focuses on managing delinquent digital loan portfolios within the microfinance and fintech lending sectors. The ideal candidate will excel at negotiating repayments, driving recovery efforts, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities for Debt Recovery Officer Jobs in Lusaka

  • Enhance collections performance to reduce portfolio delinquency rates
  • Negotiate repayment arrangements and settlements with borrowers
  • Conduct systematic recovery follow-ups through both digital and physical channels
  • Escalate chronic defaults for legal or external recovery interventions
  • Maintain precise recovery documentation and generate regular reports
