Position Overview

As a Data Entry Operator at Swiss Bake Ltd, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining company data within digital systems. Your role will also include supporting reporting functions and creating visual data presentations such as graphs and dashboards to aid in decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities for Data Entry Operator Jobs in Lusaka

• Enter data accurately from various sources into Excel or designated software systems.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and regularly update databases, spreadsheets, and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to develop professional graphs, charts, and dashboards in Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Attributes

• Basic understanding of data visualization principles.
• Experience in a similar administrative or Management Information Systems (MIS) role.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Charts.
