DAIRY/PARLOUR SUPERVISOR
Reporting to: Director Operations
The candidate must have experience with mechanised milking platforms.
Qualifications and experience will include:
Computer literacy including competence with Excel/Word programmes. Any experience with Waikato management systems would be a plus.
Direct hands-on experience with a commercial dairy herd, including herd health issues, foot trimming, etc.
Personal characteristics:
Work ethic, and commitments to the task
Reliability and integrity
Ability to work with, and inspire/train and control junior staff
Must have traceable references.
All candidates should remember to get their ZAQA certification from the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
