Role Overview

Tiidon Marketplace is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Retention Officer to help maintain strong relationships with existing sellers.

In this role, you will ensure sellers remain active, satisfied, and consistently listing products on the platform. Your focus will be on engagement, support, and long-term seller growth.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with existing sellers to ensure continued activity

Monitor seller performance and engagement levels

Assist sellers with challenges related to product listings and account usage

Provide guidance on improving sales and visibility

Identify inactive accounts and reactivate them

Maintain strong relationships with marketplace sellers

Meet weekly and monthly retention targets

Submit daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Customer service mindset

Problem-solving ability

Basic smartphone and app knowledge

Self-motivated and performance-driven

Ability to work independently

Experience in customer service, sales, or account management is an advantage
