About the Customer Engagement & Retention Internship

As a Customer Engagement & Retention Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients and partners. This position is ideal for students, recent graduates, or anyone eager to develop practical skills in customer support and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate phone calls to clients and business partners to foster engagement
  • Follow up with inactive users to encourage continued service usage
  • Provide attentive customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure smooth integration
  • Maintain and update reports and records accurately
  • Communicate and follow up with customers via WhatsApp

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with confidence in phone conversations
