Okavango Foods Limited is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Care Team. We provide food solutions across Lusaka and beyond, and our customer care agents are the voice of our brand.

🕒 Shifts Include Day and Night Work
Applicants must be available for night shifts, holidays, and weekends on a rotating schedule.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, and social media professionally and efficiently.
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the ERP and Freshchat systems.
Collaborate with dispatch and production teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 26 years or older and of sober character
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (credit or better in English is preferred)
Any tertiary education (certificate or diploma) is an added advantage
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills in English and local languages
Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly
Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
